1. Who we are

YKI Swedish Coach is operated by Alborda Games Oy (business ID 3579458-4), Mestarinkatu 12 C 70, 02650 Espoo, Finland ("we"). Contact: through the support form in the app.

2. The service

YKI Swedish Coach is an online practice tool for the YKI Swedish intermediate test. It gives automated feedback produced by artificial intelligence. The feedback is guidance for practice only; it can contain mistakes and does not predict or guarantee any official test result. We are not affiliated with the Finnish National Agency for Education (Opetushallitus) or the official YKI test.

3. Account

You can try 4 exercises without an account; after that you need an account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person.

4. Subscription and payment

The paid plans cost €14.90 (Basic) or €29 (Pro) per month including VAT and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can switch plans at any time. We provide the service. Purchases are sold through Stripe’s Managed Payments (Link) as merchant of record, which handles payment, VAT, receipts and invoices; your card statement shows LINK.COM*. The terms of Link also apply to the purchase. You can cancel any time from Account → Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Everyone can try 4 corrected exercises for free, once.

5. Right of withdrawal

When you subscribe, you ask us to start the digital service immediately and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has started, as permitted by EU consumer law. If something is wrong, contact us — we handle refund requests fairly.

6. What is included

Each month Basic includes 40 corrected exercises (speaking and writing together) and 20 follow-up questions to the coach; Pro includes 100 exercises and 100 questions. Both include all listening exercises. The free trial includes the same 4 set exercises and three set listening exercises for everyone; creating more accounts does not unlock other tasks. Unused exercises do not carry over; the count starts again on the first day of each month. Subscribers can buy extra exercises and questions (50 + 50 for €15, one-time payment); extras do not expire while the account exists and are used after the monthly allowance. Coach questions are not included in the free trial. Do not share your account, resell access, scrape the content, or try to disrupt the service.

7. Content

The practice tasks, recordings and texts in the service belong to us. You keep the rights to the answers you submit; you allow us to process them to give you feedback and to keep your history.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we will tell you about important changes in advance by e-mail or in the app. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. We may close accounts that break these terms.

10. Law

Finnish law applies. As a consumer you may also contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
